The beginning is always the most difficult part, right? However, once you manage to get started, it will only be easier. Do you not believe? Well, then you should definitely try it yourself! With these tips, of course!

  1. Write down all the calories that you eat. This way, you will know how bad it is and how little you can do in order to improve your bad habits. Anyway, the truth is that you probably do not even have an idea about how many calories you eat per day. This way, you will finally know.
  2. Start with sugary beverages. Do not drink them. Drink water. Soda contains too many useless calories that are absolutely ruining every single attempt of yours to lose weight. Do not let that happen again!
  3. Instead of focusing on quantity, focus on quality. Make every meal something. Do not just eat the first thing that you see. Eat lots of vegetables, fruits, etc.
  4. Do not let yourself get discouraged by exercising too much in the beginning. Start slowly. 10 minutes a day in the morning will be enough.
  5. Try swimming. It is great.
  6. Or, just move more. Start walking more. Walk to work, to the grocery store, or to school. It does not matter!
